About 73 Treasures of V.E. Kelly

1973. Afros, good music, and the year God chose to allow me to make my entrance into the world. During my journey through this thing called Life, I’ve lived and learned a thing or three and wanted to share some of it with the world in the hopes that I’ll intrigue, inspire, and entertain anyone and everyone who happens upon my site. My ups, downs, and in between have allowed me to write and publish two books thus far with a few more waiting in the wings to be published.

I published my first book “Who Says There’s No Happily Ever After?” in 2014 and published my second book “There’s Always a Better Fish in the Sea” in 2016 (both through Outskirts Press in the African American romance/ fiction genre and available on amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, and outskirtspress.com). Not trying to toot my own horn, but beep-beep because I’ve heard nothing but good feedback about both. Now I’m entering the world of blogging to continue to share the treasures I’ve picked up while I climbed the mountains and crossed the bridges that life built in front of me. Hope you all enjoy every gold nugget, diamond and other little trinkets along the way as you experience this journey with me.

(P.S.) Also, I just recently published a set of nonfiction memoirs called “The Memoirs of She: Her phenomenal journey through life’s ups, downs, and in between.” in 2021 and it’s available on the three websites that I’ve mentioned a moment ago as well. Feel free to grab this treat, too.
